NPIA found in 2011 that two-thirds of missing incidents are concerned with children and young people under the age of 18. Not only is this bracket of individuals the most vulnerable but are also the same demographic that has the highest mobile internet usage.
Therefore I designed an app that would use technology to help find missing people. The app will use the geo-location abilities found in mobile phones to make it easier to report someone missing that you have seen whilst out and about.
App notifications would show updates on people who are registered missing in the proximity of your area.

which are picked up by the sensors which are all linked up to the wireless block within the body of the floor panel.
The wireless block sends a message to the app on the phone that a liquid has been detected on the floor panel and notifies the owner that a clean up is required.
